named “ the client “, and Camping les Fayards SARL, hereafter
named “ the operator”, the following has been agreed: the operator
makes available to the client, who accepts, a pitch and/or accommodation
situated within the campsite named below and in accordance with the tariff in
force and annexed to the present contract.

Confirmation
of booking
After
receipt of this contract, duly signed and accompanied by the appropriate
payment, and depending on availability, the operator will send the client
written confirmation of the booking. In the event of this being impossible,
the operator undertakes to return to the client all sums paid in respect of
the said booking. By signing the present contract the client acknowledges
awareness and acceptance of the general terms of hire featured on the back of
the present document
.

Conditions
applying to all pitches, chalets and canvas bungalows
1.
Application must be made for each pitch, chalet or bungalow.
2.
In the absence of any telegraphed message from the client stipulating that
the date of arrival has had to be postponed, the pitch and/or the
accommodation will be made available at 12.00
midday
on the day following the arrival date stated in the hire contract and the
deposit is not refundable by the operator of the campsite. Telephone
messages must always be confirmed in writing.
3.
For any cancellation which occurs up to 45 days prior to the arrival date,
the deposit will be refunded, after this period no refund will be given.
4.
The total sum for the stay is to be paid in full on the day of arrival. No
reduction will be granted for delayed arrival or premature departure.
5.
The client undertakes to abide by and to ensure that those occupying the
pitch and/or the accommodation abide by the rules of the campsite.
Conditions
applying specifically to pitches
1.
Hire of a pitch is valid only with the agreement of the Management, and
after receipt of a payment of 35 euros, representing 25 euros deposit and 10
euros booking fee. Payment may be made by banker’s cheque or money order,
made out to the operator of the campsite.
2.
Bookings are accepted for a minimum of 2 days for July and August, unless
specifically authorised by the operator.
Conditions
applying specifically to chalets and canvas bungalows
1.
Hire is valid only with the agreement of the Management, and after receipt
of a payment of 50
% of the total sum for the stay + 10 € booking fee. Payment may
be made by banker’s cheque or money order, made out to the operator of the
campsite.
2.
Chalets and bungalows are rented by the week, from Saturday from
4.00 pm
onwards until the following Saturday up to
11.00 am
. Apart from July and August, the length of stay may be adjusted on request,
but must be hired for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.
3.
A
Caution of 150 euros will be paid by the client on the day of arrival.
This will be returned to the client after an inventory carried out on the
day of departure and after confirmation that the inventory matches the
original state of the premises. Should it fail to do so, a deduction will be
made to cover the cost of repairs to the premises and the cost of missing or
damaged equipment. All claims regarding the state of the premises must be
made to the operator by the client at the time of occupation of the premises.
4.
A
fixed sum of 40 euros will be withheld from the Caution by the operator
in the event that the accommodation has not been cleaned by the client on
the day of departure.
5.
Chalets
are rented for 4 people, bungalows for 5 people. The number of occupants
must not exceed these figures.
6.
Pets
are not allowed in the chalets.
In
case of dispute or litigation, the court of Mende (48) is the competent
authority.
